| Press credentials are reserved
for editorial members of the working press and analysts. Those requesting
media registration must be currently employed by an established news outlet.
Analysts requesting accreditation must be currently employed by a research
or financial institution as either an industry analyst or financial analyst.
Press registration is offered on a limited
basis. We reserve the right to deny any applicant a press badge. Priority
is given to members of the press with a direct, marketing, advertising,
or interactive beat. Unfortunately we cannot issue credentials to publishers,
those who write content for Web sites or e-newsletters, membership newsletters,
contributing writers not currently under contract with a publication,
corporate officers, or sales, advertising, public relations or technical
support staff from any organization.
In order for us to process your request,
you must submit the supporting documentation listed below, along with
your name, editorial title, publication, address, phone, fax, e-mail and
name of the event(s) you wish to attend as press via fax to: 212.768.4547
The pre-registered press list, including
contact information, is typically shared with conference exhibitors, speakers,
and sponsors. Please let us know if there is any contact information you
would not like us to share with participants and your preferred contact
method.
Submitting a request for a press registration
does not automatically qualify you for a press badge. Registration will
not be guaranteed for those who fail to submit the proper documentation.
Upon approval, all media registrants will
receive a confirmation of their status via e-mail. Those who do not receive
a confirmation should contact pressregistration@the-dma.org.
